Hello. My family is from Kenfucky and our son has been in custody since 1-7-09! We continue to fight this corrupt government in hopes of bringing him back home where he belongs and wants to be!

Hey everyone, I'm new here... Just wanted to comment tonight on how nice it is to find some sort of support team. Hope everyone is dealing well with the hell they call CPS. I'll surely post more later, right now I need to get some sleep...the last few weeks of dealing with CPS has taken its toll.

I was hoping to talk with somone, I am a single father and have raised my 2 teenage daugters alone for the past 7 years. CPS came and took my daughters from my home with an emergency removal order on MAY 26TH. I did not here from them for almost a full week. The allegations are completely false and fabricated. I have proved this, yet noone seems to care. the case worker lied and perjured herself 2 times on the petition for dependency and neglect. Once by saying she visited me on may 27th and the second time when she said the children were placed with kin, they were not...they were placed with my ex-girlfriend, the same person that made false allegations on the petition. at this point I understand that I should be filing a coram nobis, and also posibly a petition with the state charging those involved. I have a completley documented timeline of events including emails that I could share with you. They have rescheduled appointments ouside my timeline of completion per the family team meeting report...I have witness as my attorney at the time was with me. They have not completed referals to mental health as they said they would so that I could get an exam before I went to court. at the pretrial hearing that took place an June 14th I pleaded not guilty. I also spoke to the magistrate and voiced my concern for all the false allegations and also blatant perjury in the sealed petition. The magistrate did not act as if any of that mattered....Thanks for taking the time to read this...Please help guide if you can... this is a living hell and if I werent going through it myself I would have a hard time believing what they are doing is even possible...

They took 4 of my other children and they used that as an excuse to make money off of my newborn by kidnapping him. They were waiting and conspiring to snatch him at birth. And they did with some unsubstantial "charges". The state gets more money to adopt out and I believe that is their intention in spite of them asking us to work a BS case plan that they have to look like they are doing all they can to reunite a family when in reality that is NEVER their intention. People will pay big $$$ for a newborn. They knew I was pregnant before I lost legal custody of my other 4 kids. They said I put my child in imminent danger according to the doctor because he could have suffered bleeding on the brain from birth according to the doctors even though he was born healthy and small with no medical issues noted. They say newborns blood doesn't clot until the 8th day fully(that is why a baby got circumcised on 8th day in bible) and therefore he was in grave danger of bleeding to death according to doctors... God made breastfeeding for a reason (doctors lied and said breastmilk doesn't have enough vitamin K for baby in it). They tried to convince me of that when my 2 year old was born and I didn't get the shot for him and he was big and fine. After my 2 year old was born they took my 4 children when he was around 8 months old and have harassed me since and now again with this baby. I am anti vaccine, it's a depopulation scheme.. I tried to submit the same birth plan at the hospital for admission with this baby at the same hospital and they said they could not honor it.. They must have found out about CPS and refused it and schemed with them(I had no vitamin K or vaccines for religious reasons and my child is NOT a ward of any government, agency, or state. on the birth plan just to mention the relevant things within the plan).. I also refused a shot during pregnancy due to blood incompatibility between the father and I. But again, I trusted Almighty and our son came out perfectly fine.. My fictitious "negligence" caused no harm to my child. I was trying to protect him from harm on the contrary in regards to vaccinations. They also claim he is a "dependent" child with no basis there either. I looked up definition for dependent and it said the caretakers don't have proper monetary provisions to provide and care for the child. My husband in coverture has his own home paid for. They also want my husband in coverture to give his pay stubs even though our marriage isn't recognized by the state (only by God) and they haven't "established paternity" like they are obliged to lawfully before requesting such and also the birth certificate isn't final until 60 or 90 days after it is signed by the parents(it has only been 30). Why should he pay child support to a child they kidnapped??? We WANT our baby NOW!!!! She said she needed his information in order to get funding from the state (in other words extort money from him and state both?? Double dip???).. From what I read, child support isn't even legal!!
